How do I exchange an item?Updated a month ago

Our returns portal will guide you through the process based on the feedback you share about your original item. You’ll be able to choose from:

• Exchange for a similar item (including other sizes or colorways of the same style — no need to repurchase)
• Refund
• Store credit
  
  

If you indicate that your item was too small, too wide, or otherwise didn’t fit quite right, the portal may also suggest an exchange for the next size up or down. If you’re looking to switch to a different style, you’ll need to return your current pair for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
