At a Return Bar:

• Refunds and gift cards are issued immediately after your return is approved.
• Exchanges are created within 24-48 hours after drop-off.
  
  

Via Mail:

• Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process at our warehouse. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s approved.
  
  

Please note! You’ll receive a refund for the product value only (excluding original shipping fees, duties, or taxes).

• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
