We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 60-day return window on eligible items.

To be return-ready, your sneakers must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
  
  

Trying them on? Please keep it indoors and on a clean surface, just in case you decide to return or exchange them. Sneakers that are worn outside, altered, washed, or show signs of wear and tear won’t be accepted.

Note: Sale items and accessories (like laces or insoles) are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
